Permanent price reduction for original wear parts

Hardheim, February 2026: The expert in mixing and processing technology will be adjusting the prices for its original wear parts worldwide from March 2026. Following a comprehensive recalculation, numerous components will be offered at significantly lower prices in future, in some cases by up to 50 percent.

Response to changing market conditions

In recent years, spare and wear parts have become increasingly expensive in many industrial sectors. At the same time, competition has intensified. In addition to traditional competitors, there are increasingly more suppliers of replica and counterfeit parts who primarily compete on price.

Eirich is now taking action. With the new pricing structure, original parts should once again be clearly competitive. The company wants to prevent operators from switching to non-approved components for purely economic reasons.

Investment protection for durable equipment

Eirich mixers are used worldwide in a variety of industries. Many of them have been in operation for several decades, often in multi-shift operation. The systems are considered a central component in the production process in numerous industries. Their durability is based not only on their robust construction, but also on the quality of the components used.

Wear parts have a significant influence on mixing results, process stability, and plant availability. Components that are not a perfect fit or of inferior quality can shorten service life and cause consequential damage to basic components.

With the new pricing structure, Eirich wants to ensure that operators do not have to choose between quality and cost-effectiveness when it comes to maintenance.

"Our machines are designed for decades of operation. That's why we see it as our responsibility to offer reliable and economical solutions in the long term, even in the area of wear parts," emphasizes Sabine Imhof, Head of Customer Service – Spare Parts at Eirich.

Lifetime partnership instead of individual sales

The price adjustment for Eirich original parts is part of a strategic development of the service business. Eirich does not view wear parts as an isolated commercial product, but as part of long-term support throughout the entire life cycle of the machine.

Upon request, customers can receive an analysis of their current wear situation, which is compiled on the basis of operating data or previous orders. The aim is to make replacement intervals more predictable, avoid unplanned downtime, and evaluate total operating costs transparently.

"With this measure, we are creating reliable and economical solutions in the spare parts sector for the long term. Our offer is also expressly aimed at operators whose service relationship has been dormant in recent years. With the new price structure, we want to reconnect these customers more closely to the manufacturer's service and revitalize the cooperation in the long term," says Imhof.
