We look forward to seeing you at our stand 201/302 in Hall A6!
Are you ready to immerse yourself in a new world of ceramics?
Open the door to Eirich's appearance at Ceramitec
What is the significance of the elements water, air, earth and fire at the Eirich stand?
What connections are there between the elements and the Eirich product world?
Why is it worth visiting the four experience rooms at the stand, and what does a ceramic egg cup with a face have to do with it?
You will find the answers to these questions and more at our stand at Ceramitec from 24 to 26 March 2026.
Our highlights at ceramitec 2026
Immerse yourself in the world of ceramic production and experience how it ‘lives from and with the elements’ – from raw material extraction to the high-tech end product.
Our stand concept conveys in a tangible and experiential way how the process of ceramic production lives from and connects all four elements. Get ready for a unique experience.

Energy-efficient processing with EcoPrep®
Resource-saving, reliable and economical. The process reduces energy consumption by up to 60% compared to wet chemical processing and minimises the use of additives. With short process times, high yields and durable, automated systems, Eirich offers a sustainable alternative for energy-intensive applications in technical ceramics.

Our latest innovations
Seamless scale-up from 0.1 l in the laboratory to 500 l on a production scale – simple, efficient, reproducible, economical. All sizes follow the same principle. Thanks to Eirich's typical one-pot approach, several process steps – from mixing and dispersing to drying – can be carried out in a single machine. Discover the latest Eirich machines at our stand.

All from a single source
We offer not only individual machines, but also smart, turnkey plant concepts – including control systems and digital tools. We accompany you every step of the way: from the initial idea to trials in the technical centre and laboratory machines to engineering, assembly, commissioning and training, we are your competent and reliable partner.
Where elements are formed into excellence.

Earth
Clay, shaped by the earth over millions of years, is refined to perfection in minutes. Whether fine or coarse, light or heavy — segregation-free homogenisation masters even abrasive and viscoplastic consistencies. The result: maximum precision from day one — across batches, for decades.

Water
Water facilitates the conversion of dry dust into granules, plastic masses or slurry. Dead zone-free mixing ensures perfect wetting, while real-time torque measurement optimises rheology – for high-density, non-segregating granules in seconds.

Air
Air determines structure and purity — whether it's customised porosity through gas injection or bubble-free suspensions through vacuum technology. Controlled inert gas atmospheres rule out defects as well as oxidation and ATEX risks.

Fire
In the heat of the furnace, particles fuse together to form indestructible structures with maximum thermal shock resistance and minimal thermal expansion. Only perfect processing transforms the power of fire into structure-forming energy — when earth, water and air are united, Eirich guarantees success.
Earth
Geological evolution
Clays and minerals – shaped by the earth over millions of years, refined to perfection in minutes.
Universal homogeneity
Fine or coarse, light or heavy — segregation-free homogenisation, as if gravity did not exist.
Mastering the raw material
Nature provides the raw power; our technology masters abrasive and viscoplastic consistencies.
Consistent precision
Bringing together what belongs together. Precision from day one — for cross-batch excellence over decades.
Water
Water as a mediator
Effortless conversion of dry dust into precise granulates, plastic masses or highly concentrated slurries.
Perfect wetting
Mixing without dead zones ensures optimum particle wetting. Ideal interfacial wetting for a flawless, homogeneous composite.
Intelligence in motion
Real-time viscosity control through intelligent, in-situ torque measurement. Setting the perfect rheology.
Granulation excellence
High-density granules in seconds. Segregation-free structures with customised grain size distribution.
Air
Atmospheric control
Air determines structure and purity. We control the atmosphere in order to specifically incorporate gases or eliminate them completely.
The architecture of pores
We blend lightness into solid structures. Tailor-made porosity for foam and lightweight ceramics through gentle gas injection.
Perfect density
Bubble-free suspensions thanks to vacuum technology. Where there is no air, there is no room for microscopic defects.
Controlled safety
Protection against oxidation and ATEX risks. Maximum process stability through controlled inert gas atmospheres or vacuum.
Fire
The metamorphosis
In the heat of the furnace, particles fuse together to form indestructible structures. The fire determines both the process yield and the material excellence.
Ultimate resilience
Refractory materials with maximum thermal shock resistance, structural strength and minimal thermal expansion.
Mastering the inferno
Only those who achieve perfect preparation can transform the destructive power of fire into a creative, structuring force.
The moment of truth
The firing process reveals the integrity of the preparation. When earth, water and air are perfectly combined, Eirich guarantees success.
